What We Do

Resin pricing in China moves with feedstock markets. Without Mandarin fluency and market data, overseas buyers consistently overpay. We benchmark every quote against current Shanghai spot prices and negotiate directly with suppliers before any contract is signed.

The Negotiation Process

1. Market benchmarking — We reference current Shanghai HDPE, PVC, and PP spot prices and typical distributor margins to assess whether a quote is fair
2. Mandarin negotiation — Price, payment terms, lead time, packaging, and delivery terms negotiated directly in Chinese
3. Grade lock-in — Supply agreement specifies grade, MRS rating or K-value, batch COA requirement, minimum packaging standards, and substitution prohibition
4. Payment terms — Typically 30% deposit, 70% against bill of lading. We negotiate based on order size and supplier relationship
5. Contract review — We review the supplier’s proforma invoice and supply agreement before you sign
