What We Do

Substituting a lower-grade resin after sampling is the most common fraud in Chinese resin supply. A supplier ships PE100-certified material for your trial order, then switches to PE80 or an off-spec blend for the production batch. We verify grade at both the supplier and batch level.

What We Verify

HDPE (PE100 / PE80 / PE100-RC)

• MRS rating documentation and issuing lab accreditation
• PE100+ Association membership and listed grade confirmation
• PE100-RC certification for trenchless/challenging applications
• Resin producer authorisation (Sinopec, PetroChina, and verified domestic PE100 producers)

PVC-U Compound

• K-value test report and method (ISO 1628-2)
• Impact strength and Vicat softening point certificates
• ISO 1452 / EN ISO 1163 conformity documentation
• Compound formulation consistency — we check for calcium carbonate filler levels that reduce performance

PP-R Pellets

• Heat class confirmation (Class 1–5)
• MFI and density test reports
• Thermal stability — confirms antioxidant package integrity for processing

Batch COA Authenticity

• We cross-reference batch numbers against producer records where possible
• COA formatting inconsistencies are a red flag we know how to identify
