The complete engagement process
Ten steps from your first message to pipes at your destination port.
Phase 1 — Discovery
Inquiry
~24hSend us your pipe spec — DN, SDR, pressure class, material grade, quantity, destination port, and timeline. The more specific, the faster we can give you a real answer.
Spec Review
1–2 daysWe go through your spec or project drawings and come back with questions if anything needs clarifying. Most of this happens over email or WhatsApp — no scheduled calls required.
Proposal
48hA written proposal covering scope, timeline, and fee structure. If your spec is unusual or the market is tight, we'll say so here rather than surprise you later.
Factory Search
1–2 weeksWe pull from our verified network across Hebei, Jiangsu, and Shandong. The filter criteria: ISO certification that actually covers your DN range, PE100 resin documentation, production capacity, and export track record. We typically start with 8–12 candidates and get it down to 3–5 worth visiting.
Factory Audit
2–4 daysOn-site visits — not video calls. We check ISO 9001 and ISO 4427 certificates against the issuing body, walk the extrusion lines, look at incoming resin batch records, and confirm the hydrostatic test equipment is calibrated. Factories that look fine on paper often don't hold up on the floor.
Phase 2 — Execution
Shortlist & Quote
2–3 daysYou get a shortlist with our recommendation and the reasoning behind it, factory quotes with the spec locked in writing, and a side-by-side comparison including lead time and compliance status. Our fee is shown separately.
Sample Run
1–3 weeksFor first orders from a new factory, or anything non-standard, we coordinate a sample batch before committing to full production. Dimensions, wall thickness, and pressure rating verified against your spec. If it fails, we find out now — not after 8,000 metres are made.
Production
3–8 weeksWe manage the PO and stay on top of the production schedule. You get photos and a written update at 10%, 50%, and 90% of production — not just reassurances that everything is fine.
Pre-Shipment Inspection
1–2 daysAQL 2.5 Level II: dimensional checks per ISO 3126, wall thickness sampling at four points per pipe, hydrostatic pressure test. Full pass/fail report before loading. The 70% balance payment triggers on a passing report, not on "goods are ready."
Logistics & Delivery
18–45 daysWe coordinate the freight forwarder, container selection, and the complete documentation package — commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, mill certificates. Everything checked before the vessel departs. Customs surprises usually come from missing documents, not from the goods themselves.
Commission starts at 5%. We respond within 24 hours.
