Services

HausPipes provides pipe sourcing, factory audit, quality inspection, and logistics coordination services for buyers importing HDPE, PVC, steel, and composite pipes from Chinese manufacturers. Services are provided on a commission basis (5% of FOB factory price) or at fixed rates as agreed in writing.

Engagement

All engagements begin with a written proposal accepted by both parties. Scope, timeline, and fee structure are documented before any factory search or audit commences. No commitment is created by an initial inquiry or scoping call.

Fees and Payment

Commission fees are calculated on the FOB factory price and are stated separately from factory quotes. Payment terms are agreed per engagement. HausPipes does not receive rebates, kickbacks, or undisclosed compensation from factories or freight forwarders.

Limitations of Liability

HausPipes acts as a sourcing agent and intermediary. We are not a party to the purchase contract between buyer and factory. Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific service engagement in which an issue arose. We are not liable for factory performance, production delays, shipping delays, or customs issues outside our direct control.

Confidentiality

We do not share your project specifications, pricing, or business information with third parties other than the factories and service providers required to deliver your order. Factory contact details are provided to clients after order placement.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes shall be resolved by negotiation in the first instance, and by arbitration in Jiangsu Province if negotiation fails.
